Mr. Harper has served as our Secretary since August 26, 1993. Currently, Mr. Harper is the Vice-President Finance and Corporate Secretary of Ondine Biopharma Corporation (Ondine) (since July 2005). He is also a director of Icon Industries Limited (since August 1998) and a director of Tri-Gold Resources Corp. (formerly Tri-Alpha Investments Ltd., since July 2001). Prior to joining Ondine, Mr. Harper was a Financial Manager and Accountant for several publicly traded companies; including Icon Industries Limited (CFO and Secretary from June 1998 to September 2005); Tri-Gold Resources Corp. (CFO and Secretary from August 1998 to July 2005) and Ialta Industries Limited (President from April 1999 to February 2000; CFO and Secretary from February 2000 to May 2004). He was also a director of Ialta Industries Limited (from January 1995 to March 2005) and the Chief Financial Officer of Fortune Oil and Gas Inc. (from June 2001 to February 2002).
