William S. Daugherty, age 53, has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the NGAS board of directors since September 1993, as well as its Chairman of the Board since 1995. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of DPI since 1984. Mr. Daugherty currently serves as the Governor of Kentucky’s Official Representative to the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of America. He is a past president of the Kentucky Oil and Gas Association (KOGA) and the Kentucky Independent Petroleum Producers Association. Mr. Daugherty holds a B.S. Degree from Berea College, Berea, Kentucky. |
