William Booth is a staff attorney at Eimer Stahl Klevorn & Solberg LLP. He has experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including contract disputes, antitrust matters, securities litigation, insurance recovery cases, consumer fraud, and civil RICO litigation. Before joining Eimer Stahl in February of 2003, he was an associate in the Chicago office of Katten Muchin Zavis & Rosenman. Bill earned his J.D. cum laude from DePaul University in 2000, where he was a member of the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law, and published an article on the Americans' with Disabilities Act. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Eastern Illinois University, and is a member of both the Chicago and American Bar Associations. |
