Mr. Hill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Northern Arizona University in 1974. Mr. Hill was employed by Nuclear Dynamics, Inc. as an uranium exploration geologist in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming with responsibilities including drilling supervision, mapping and preliminary in-situ techniques, from 1974 to 1977.
Utah International, an affiliate of General Electric, from 1977 to 1979, employed Mr. Hill as an exploration geologist. Mr. Hill was in charge of uranium exploration in the state of Wyoming, primarily in the Wind River, Powder River, Big Horn, and Red Desert Basins.
In 1979 Mr. Hill founded Rocky Mountain Minerals, Inc., RMMI-OTCBB. Mr. Hill has acted as the Company’s President and CEO since its origination. Over the past 20 plus years Mr. Hill has acquired and secured funding for several mineral and oil and gas properties in the Rocky Mountain region on behalf of the company. During Mr. Hill’s tenure RMMI acquired, built and operated a 250-ton per day Carbon-in-pulp cyanide facility for the recovery of gold. Several oil and gas prospects were also acquired and Mr. Hill negotiated sales to both major US oil companies and independents, including Exxon, Chevron, Enstar Petroleum, Davis Oil and Parker Drilling. Mr. Hill has also acquired uranium prospects in the Rocky Mountain region and sold these various exploration prospects to Union Carbide Corporation, Exxon Minerals and FMC Minerals. |
