William Franquemont serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office. Prior to joining DHR International, Mr. Franquemont was President and Principle Owner of EFL International, a recognized boutique executive search firm, for 20 years. He has also been the Executive Vice President and Board member of a leading executive search firm where he managed the execution of C-level search engagements. Mr. Franquemont has managed and conducted assignments to recruit senior-level executives in the disciplines of manufacturing, advanced technology, supply chain, sales marketing, human resources and general management. His clients have ranged in size from pre-IPO, venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries including telecommunications, semiconductors, aerospace, consumer products, food processing, distribution and durable goods manufacturing. His business career includes significant engineering, operations management and human resources positions with Deere & Company. He later joined a major Denver based industrial manufacturer as Director of Operations. Mr. Franquemont then joined Fleming Associates as Vice President and Managing Director of the executive search firm’s office in Denver. He served on the Fleming Associates’ Board of Directors during the firm’s growth to national prominence. Mr. Franquemont holds an MA in Economics from Drake University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University. Community involvements have included Chamber of Commerce activities and Little League coach. Additionally, he has been a guest speaker at the American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird campus.
