Bill has led RWI’s investments in companies such as A-MAX, Infinera, Turin, Vimicro (NASDAQ: VIMC), and SiGe. He is a frequent traveler to China for RWI Ventures. Bill brings to RWI Ventures a deep experience in finance and portfolio management, as well as vertical expertise in networking and semiconductor company investments, including a world-class network in the communications industry. Prior to RWI Ventures, Bill was a general partner with Coral Ventures where he led successful investments in Magnet, acquired by Digital Insight (NASDAQ: DIGN), and Optical Solutions, which merged with Calix. Additionally, Bill led the successful turnaround of EBIX (NASDAQ: EBIX) and the successful formation of NextNet, which merged into Craig McCaw’s Clearwire Communications. Bill holds a B.S. summa cum laude from Ohio State University and an MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan. |
