William R. Ziegler is counsel to the law firm of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP of New York NY. Mr. Ziegler holds directorships in several corporations including; Sarvis Incorporated Grey Wolf Inc.; Geokinetics Inc.; Union Drilling Inc. He specializes in transactional and regulatory matters including mergers acquisitions and dispositions commercial and industrial financing transactions workouts and debt restructurings and securities offerings. He also serves as Chairman of Vesta Corporation. and Vice Chairman of Grey Wolf Inc. Mr. Ziegler holds a BA degree in Economics from Amherst College a degree in LLB Law from the University of Virginia Law School and an MBA in Business from Columbia Business School . Mr. Ziegler has been a director of Flotek since 1997 and serves on the Compensation Committee.
