Mr. Van Sant has been Chairman of Paladin Brands, a manufacturer of heavy-duty construction products headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, since October 2003. Additionally, he has been an Operating Partner of Norwest Equity Partners, a private equity and leveraged buyout firm headquartered in Minneapolis Minnesota, since 2001. Prior to joining Norwest Equity Partners, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nortrax, Inc., a distributor of John Deere construction equipment in Minneapolis, Minnesota, from 1999 to 2001. Prior to joining Nortrax, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lukens, Inc., a specialty steel producer located in Coatesville, Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1998.
Mr. Van Sant has been a member of the H.B. Fuller Board of Directors since 2001. He is Chairperson of the Compensation Committee as well as a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. |
