Mr. Schikora has extensive experience representing both private and public clients in all aspects of environmental law throughout the Midwest, with a focus on corporate and real estate transactions involving contaminated property, remediation and reuse of contaminated properties, and cost recovery, natural resource damage, and toxic-tort litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Schikora also represents clients in numerous regulatory matters including air quality, wetland, OSHA, and hazardous waste issues.
Before joining Dykema, Mr. Schikora was a law clerk with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to his legal career, he was an Environmental Engineer for Chevron.
