William R. Pokrajac, Vice President, Risk Management and Investor Relations, age 53 Mr. Pokrajac has been with the Company since 1985. He served as the Company’s Controller from 1987 to August 2003 and the as the Company’s Vice President of Finance from 2001 until September 2007, when he was named Vice President, Risk Management and Investor Relations. Mr. Pokrajac is responsible for the Company’s risk management and investor relation activities. |
