Will leverages his relationships and experience gained at some of Wall Street's top-tier investment banks, to source deals for Dutchess. Prior to joining Dutchess, he was VP Equity Capital Markets at Lazard & Co, where he sourced, serviced and maintained the firm's relationships for private placements, PIPEs, secondary offerings and new issues. Additionally, since entering the securities industry in 1996, Will has also served in senior institutional sales and trading positions with firms such as Fidelity Investments, C.L. King and Associates and The Griswold Company. In 1995, Will received a B.A. degree in Government with a concentration in Comparative Studies from Harvard University. |
