On February 25, 2008, Mr. McManaman was named Chief Executive Officer of AMCORE Financial. Mr. McManaman has more than 35 years experience in senior financial and strategic positions, including CFO at consumer products and services businesses. He has been a member of AMCORE’s Board of Directors since 1997.
Mr. McManaman has significant business and management expertise. During his career, he has worked growing and expanding household names, as well as streamlining companies. His experience includes: senior level accounting and finance positions with Brunswick Corporation from 1979 to 1995; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Dean Foods from 1995 to 2000; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aurora Foods, Inc. from 2002 to 2004; Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Health Group from 2004 to 2005 and most recently, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ubiquity Brands; a role he held with the manufacturer and distributor of snack foods from 2006. |
