William R. Devlin, 41, was named Vice President - Controller in October 2005.
Mr. Devlin joined Eagle Materials in September 2004 as Director of Internal Audit. Prior to joining Eagle, Mr. Devlin spent 16 years in public accounting with KPMG in Jackson, Mississippi, and with PricewaterhouseCoopers. During his time with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Devlin was in the audit practice in Dallas, Texas, and in the Global Capital Markets practice in London, England and Zurich, Switzerland.
Mr. Devlin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Millsaps College and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
