Mr. Baldiga is the Managing Director of Brown Rudnick’s 100-professional Capital Markets Department, which includes its world-wide bankruptcy and finance practice. He often represents official and ad hoc equity and creditor committees, strategic investors and businesses in complex reorganization proceedings, with particular emphasis in bankruptcy litigation, especially as trial counsel in valuation and plan confirmation contests. Other engagements include representation of investors and other parties in out-of-court debt restructurings and other financial transactions, especially when involving complex intercreditor relationships. Mr. Baldiga has significant experience in precious metals finance, asset-based lending and the confirmation of highly contested plans of reorganization.
