Paul is an Associate in the Construction/Surety and Litigation sections of Coats Rose. He brings more than fifteen years of experience to his clients in the areas of commercial, construction/surety and insurance litigation. Before completing his law degree at Louisiana State University, Paul obtained his B.A. and two post graduate degrees, all in the area of School Psychology. Practice Emphasis While Paul’s practice is primarily concentrated in construction litigation, he has successfully prosecuted and defended matters on behalf of clients in a wide variety of areas including: securities fraud, personal injury, contract claims, wrongful death, employment discrimination claims, tortuous interference, conversion, civil conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, fraudulent inducement, negligent misrepresentation, and negligence as well as Texas Deceptive Trade Practices claims. Paul also practices before the American Arbitration Association. |
