Mr. Oberdorf is a shareholder in the Firm’s Corporate Group. He focuses his practice on corporate, venture capital and securities matters. He has assisted companies with their financing needs and negotiated venture capital deals, both early stage and later rounds, high-yield debt financings and has guided many companies through the initial public offering process. As an advisor to various companies, he has helped evaluate, negotiate and close numerous acquisitions, mergers and strategic joint ventures in the pharmaceutical, telecommunication, retail specialty goods and information technology areas. Mr. Oberdorf has also served as a member of the Board and the Audit Committee for several public companies.
