Bill is responsible for Clearview’s financial planning, management and reporting, legal affairs, and provides executive guidance for aligning and achieving corporate performance goals. Bill was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Clearview in June 2006 and has served as a member of the Clearview board of directors since May 2006. In addition to his role at Clearview, he is the CEO of FileTek, Inc., a data management software company, where Bill has been an executive since January 2001. He has also served as FileTek Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary since July 1990 and as a member of the FileTek board of directors since June 2003. In addition, Bill has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Centennial Computer Corporation, a specialized financial services company for the computer hardware and software industries. Prior to Centennial, he was with the public accounting firm of Ernst and Young. Bill serves on a number of committees and boards for technology councils and professional and academic organizations. |
