William P. Hallman, Jr. is one of seven founding members of Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP, and is Of Counsel in the firm's Corporate and Securities practice group. He graduated with a bachelor's in business administration from Baylor University in 1964, obtained his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1967, and received his master's in business administration from Stanford University in 1969. Mr. Hallman has over 35 years of experience counseling individual and institutional clients in practically all aspects of complex business transactions.
Mr. Hallman has acted as Chairman of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra Association and as President of the Fort Worth Art Association. He was instrumental in the development of two major arts venues in Fort Worth: the Nancy Lee and Perry R. Bass Performance Hall and the new Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.
Bill and his wife Nancy have three children. In addition to his support of the local visual and performing arts, Bill is a cineaste and avid reader of books.
