William P. Foley, II has served as a director of FIS since February 2006 and is the Executive Chairman of the Board. As of October 2006, Mr. Foley became the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FNF and has served as a director of FNF since its formation on May 24, 2005. Mr. Foley was also the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of old FNF, and served in both capacities since that company’s formation in 1984. Mr. Foley is a director of Florida Rock Industries, Inc.
