Billy Eiselstein represents business clients in a wide range of disputes, including cases of alleged fraud, breach of contract, intellectual property rights, and insurance coverage. He also represents clients facing federal investigations into white collar crimes. He litigates in federal and state courts and has tried both jury and bench trials to judgment. He currently serves as the vice-chairman of the firm's Litigation Department with responsibility for the Atlanta office. Coordinated response to multiple state investigations of issuer alleged to have violated Blue-Sky laws. Obtained arbitration award for minority investigator in closely-held corporation and recovered judgment through subsequent fraudulent litigation. Cases resulting in reported opinions: 167 F.3d 286, 152 F.3d 514, 8 F.Supp.2d 730, 917 F. Supp. 538, and 955 S.W.2d 609.
