William P. Brand Jr. is Galaxy’s Interim Chief Financial Officer Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Brand previously served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Teton Energy Corporation. Prior to that he was Vice President Finance for PRB Energy Inc. He has also worked as a consultant on projects including the restatement team for Qwest Communications International and several SOX 404 compliance projects. He served as Controller and Finance Director for Orica USA Inc. and as Finance Manager/Director for US West International and its successor companies. Prior to that he served in several capacities with Monsanto Company Monsanto Oil Company and successor BHP Petroleum Americas Inc. Mr. Brand holds a B.S. and an MBA from Southern Illinois University and is a CPA inactive State of Texas.
