Mr. William O. Grabe has been a Director since September, 2002.
Since 1992, Mr. Grabe has been a Managing Director at General Atlantic LLC, a worldwide private equity firm. Prior to that, he was a Vice President of IBM and held various positions, the last of which was head, North America Sales and Marketing. He is a Director of various companies in which General Atlantic has investments, including Ai Metrix, Bottomline Technologies, Digital China Holdings, Lifecare and LHS GmbH, besides being a Director of
Compuware Corporation and Gartner, Inc. General Atlantic is one of Patni’s shareholders, with a shareholding of 21.0%. Mr. Grabe has a BS degree in Engineering from New York University and an MBA from the
University of California, Los Angeles.
