In 1997, Mr. Albertini became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bell Atlantic Global Wireless, a wireless communication company, and remained in that position until his retirement on April 30, 1999. Mr. Albertini serves on the board of directors of BlackRock Inc., Midwest Independent Transmission Service Operator, Inc. and Charming Shoppes, Inc.
