Key achievements:
Former executive with JPMorgan Chase, where a 25-year career provided hands-on experience in investments, management, profit-and-loss responsibility, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions
Co-founder of an investment banking boutique that focused on corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions activities, and equity investments with mid-sized and large corporations
Bill's career spans more than three decades of international and domestic executive assignments, both in corporate and entrepreneurial settings. Prior to joining Allegiance, Bill was a co-founder and managing director of Atid Capital Partners, a New York-based venture firm that focused on investments in financial services and investment banking for emerging companies, as well as mergers and acquisitions advising for established companies.
Earlier, during a successful 25-year career with JPMorgan Chase, he lived and worked in Japan, England, Norway and New York. During this time, Bill had both transactional and managerial responsibilities. His deals included:
large oil, gas and LNG project financings in the Middle East, Africa and the North Sea
other structured financings in the industries of shipping, aircraft, consumer products, corporate recapitalizations and securitization of commercial real estate
In addition, Bill successfully started three new businesses for JPMorgan Chase. These included a banking subsidiary in Norway, a broker-dealer subsidiary in New York and a credit card business in Thailand. These experiences granted Bill hands-on experience and an appreciation for the demands a successful entrepreneur faces while building and running a company.
Bill sits on the board of a medical devices start-up company. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, as well as a master's degree in business administration from American University in Washington, D.C. |
