Bill Hiers represents clients in the airline industry. He negotiates collective bargaining agreements, conducts arbitrations and mediations, helps clients remain union-free, consults with clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, and handles personnel and labor relations matters pertaining to the Railway Labor Act and other federal and state employment laws.
Bill is a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations. He was a contributing co-author of "Cleared For Takeoff Airline Labor Relations Since Deregulation," (Jean T. McKelvey ed. 1988) and co-author of "Management Decisions To Close Or Sell Part Or All Of The Enterprise Under The Railway Labor Act - The Air Carrier's Dilemma," 14 Employee Relations L.J. 327, 1988.
