Will Hearn is Director of Site Selection and Economic Development for Lockwood Greene Consulting. Will has over 15 years experience in business location consulting with a focus on economic development and site selection for Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining Lockwood Greene's practice, Will developed research park strategies at The University of Georgia and wrote the Strategic Industries Report for The Commission for a New Georgia. Will was Managing Director of Moran, Stahl and Boyer's Atlanta office from 1995 -2002. Will works in the following areas: Facility Deployment Strategies, Feasibility Studies / Operating Cost Models, Location Evaluation Models, Research / Technology Park Development Strategies, Real Estate Market Assessment, Labor Force Market Assessment and Incentive Negotiation. Will began his career an an Industrial Trainee with IBM Germany and is a frequent speaker at conferences (CORENET, Hannover Trade Fair, and others). In 2005, he co authored a chapter on economic assessment for the Community Development Institute at the University of Central Arkansas.
