William is a partner in the real estate department. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate development. William's practice includes the acquisition, development, financing and sales of office, retail, and other commercial properties, as well as assisting businesses with commercial leases.
Representative Matters
Represented developer in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and sale of retail "power centers."
Represented lending institution regarding syndicated credit facilities secured by real estate asset portofolios with over one hundred properties.
Served as local counsel to out-of-state institutional investors and lenders in connection with the acquisition and financing of certain retail and office complexes in the Charlotte, N.C., area.
Represented business tenant regarding a substantial office lease expansion involving over 150,000 square feet of space.
Represented developer in connection with all aspects of the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of free-standing retail facilities in North Carolina and South Carolina.
