William N. Aumenta was graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 1997. He is a 2000 graduate of Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. While in law school, he served as a clerk to The Honorable William B. Chandler III of the Delaware Court of Chancery, and he was certified as a mediator by the Philadelphia Municipal Court in small claims and landlord-tenancy matters. He was also the recipient of the 1998 Faculty Award. Mr. Aumenta was admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and New York in 2001. Following law school, he served as judicial secretary to The Honorable Theodore Z. Davis, P.J.Ch. Mr. Aumenta has extensive experience in the areas of complex commercial litigation, probate litigation, and chancery practice. He currently practices in the areas of complex commercial and chancery litigation. Mr. Aumenta is a member of the Justice Morris Pashman Inn of Court, American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and Union County Bar Association. Mr. Aumenta is also a member of the combined Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment in Fanwood, New Jersey. |
