Bill manages loan operations, credit administration activity and establishes all lending policies and procedures. Bill has over 28 years of banking experience with a solid history of leadership in credit administration, commercial lending, residential lending and retail banking. Prior to joining QCRH, Bill served as Director Retail Residential Lending and as President of Commercial Federal Bank in Nebraska. He received his MBA from Drake University in Des Moines and has previous experience volunteering for the United Way, the Society to Prevent Blindness, Children and Family Services and also as a Board Member for Junior Achievement. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for Alcohol and Drug Services and New Ventures. |
