Mr. Sams was the President and Chief Investment Officer of FPA Paramount Fund, Inc., as well as the Executive Vice President of both First Pacific Advisors, Inc. and FPA Perennial Fund, Inc. from 1981 until he retired in 2000. Mr. Sams has also served as a director of America's Car-Mart, Inc. since 2005. He has been a director of the Company since April 2007, and is a member of the Company's Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, Audit Committee and Compensation Committee (Chair). |
