Mr. Randle pioneered and founded the development of SYNORAN, a provider of enterprise solutions relating to aggregation, security, and customer knowledge integration. Before becoming CEO of SYNORAN, Mr. Randle served as executive vice president of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated. He was responsible for the bank's e-commerce initiatives and the development of technologies providing platforms for state-of-the-art digital banking and payment systems, for which he holds a number of patents. Mr. Randle is the managing principal of WMR e-Ventures, LLC (WMR), a Columbus Ohio based incubator of financial services technologies and a major investor of SYNORAN, and owner of WMR e-Pin, an intellectual properties company. Mr. Randle also served on the initial Financial Services Roundtable task force that established the BITS organization in 1996 and was an original member of the BITS Advisory Board serving through 2002.
