Litigation
M. William Munno is a partner in Seward & Kissel's Litigation group. Mr. Munno has practiced at the firm since 1973, and has been a partner since 1981.
Mr. Munno's primary responsibilities include providing litigation services on matters involving securities law, banking, bankruptcy, employment, and real estate. Mr. Munno has significant experience in appellate practice and trials in federal and state courts, domestic and international arbitration and proceedings before the SEC, NASD and NYSE, and before the EEOC and State DHRs.
Mr. Munno received a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Union College in 1970, and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia in 1973. Mr. Munno is a member of the New York State Bar, and the District of Columbia Bar.
Mr. Munno is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York, the Northern District of California, the District of Columbia, the Eastern District of Michigan, the Second and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of the United States. |
