William M. Kraus joined the Citizens Communications Company Board of Directors in 2002. He is also Chairman Emeritus of Kraus-Sikes Inc. a publisher of sourcebooks featuring artists working in fine craft media.
Mr. Kraus formerly served on the Boards of Century Communications Corp. & Centennial Cellular Corp.
Prior to his retirement Mr. Kraus had a successful career in the insurance industry. He served as a speechwriter and consultant to the Chairman's Office of The Equitable Life Assurance Society until 1987. Until 1985 he was Vice President of Corporate Communications for The Equitable Life Assurance Society. Prior to that he was Vice President of Sentry Insurance.
Mr. Kraus earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and an L.L.B. from the University of Wisconsin. |
