Bill Hirata has extensive experience in municipal financings and regularly serves as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel and trustee's counsel on a variety of municipal enterprise, higher education and general governmental financings.
Mr. Hirata also serves as counsel to governmental clients on economic development, procurement and intergovernmental relationship matters. His clients include school districts, counties, cities, special purpose districts, municipal underwriting firms, financial institutions and bond insurers.
