Mr. Trubeck is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of H&R Block, Inc. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Waste Management, Inc. Prior to these positions, Mr. Trubeck was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of International Multifoods, Inc., as well as President of its Latin American operations.
He serves on the Board of Yellow Roadway Corp. and on the Board of Trustees of Monmouth College in Illinois.
Mr. Trubeck has served as a Dynegy Director since 2003. |
