William Transier has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Endeavour International Corporation, an international oil and gas exploration and production company focused on the North Sea, since February 2004. From March 1999 to April 2003, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ocean Energy, Inc., an independent oil and gas exploration company that merged with Devon Energy Corporation. He began his career in public accounting, rising to partner at KPMG, an international auditing and tax firm. Mr. Transier serves on the Board of Directors of Endeavour International Corporation and Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. He also serves on the boards of ESCAPE Family Resources, the Hobby Center Foundation, and the State of Texas Department of Information Resources. |
