Bill McQuaide is a senior vice president at RSA Security Inc., where he directs the strategy, engineering, product management and product marketing efforts for the company’s market-leading Enterprise Solutions Group including the RSA SecurID, RSA ClearTrust, RSA Federated Identity Manager, RSA Keon, and RSA Sign-On Manager product lines. These products are widely deployed and relied upon by thousands of organizations worldwide to ensure the authenticity of people, devices and transactions. Prior positions at RSA Security have included senior vice president, Authentication Products Division; senior vice president of marketing, and vice president of product marketing.
Bill is a frequent speaker at industry events, discussing a broad range of information security topics including authentication methods, identity and access management, data encryption, and network and application security. Before joining RSA Security in 1997, Bill gained a broad range of experience in high technology companies, including marketing and management positions at the Hewlett-Packard Company and a variety of marketing, product management and general management positions with Data General Corp., Stardent Computer and Apollo Computer.
Bill earned both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts.
