Mr. Mansfield joined Valspar in 1977 as Purchasing Manager. He was promoted to VP Packaging Coatings Group in 1991 and he became Sr. Vice President of Packaging and Industrial Coatings in 1998. In 2000 he was named Sr. Vice President Architectural Automotive and Specialty Coatings and Packaging Coatings. In 2002 he was promoted to Executive Vice President - Architectural Packaging and Specialty Coatings. In 2004 he became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer assuming responsibility for directing all the business groups in Valspar. In 2005 Mr. Mansfield became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Valspar. Mr. Mansfield has a B.S. in Engineering from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University. |
