William L. Goldbeck is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group. William's practice concentrates on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, real estate development, financing and construction law.
William has represented a wide variety of clients, including large corporations and nonprofit entities, in various real estate transactions concerning commercial and industrial properties. He has represented owners and developers in the negotiation of architect and contractor agreements. He has represented both lenders and borrowers in commercial mortgage loans. William has also drafted and negotiated development agreements on behalf of both owners and development consultants.
William graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University School of Law, Chicago, where he served as senior articles editor of the Annals of Health Law, was awarded Best Brief at the Illinois State Bar Association Moot Court Competition and received the Edward D. White Award for scholarship. |
