As President of ATC Logistics & Electronics (ATCLE) since 2002, William Bill L. Conley, Jr. is one of the country’s leading experts in global logistics and supply chain management. He is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the multi-faceted business, with full P&L responsibility for the $280MM division of Aftermarket Technology Corp.During his five-year tenure, Conley has successfully led ATCLE through 320 percent growth, moving the division from a private-label logistics firm serving a large national wireless company to a full-service, multi-location 3PL providing value-added logistics and supply chain services to high value, serialized device manufacturers. Under his direction, ATCLE has set the standard for quality, service and performance in the wireless, broadband, and high-tech industries. Customers include Fortune 100 companies such as GM, LG, Nokia, Palm, Pantech and TomTom.Prior to joining ATCLE, Conley spent 24 years with FedEx Corporation in various management roles of increasing responsibility and scope. Conley received a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics from Parks College of Aeronautical Technology of St. Louis University. |
