William J. Scott concentrates his practice in real estate development, financing, construction and related areas with an emphasis in commercial leasing, as well as intellectual property law, licensing and protection. Mr. Scott received a B.S. degree and a J.D. degree with honors from the University of Maryland, where he was a member of the Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award for academic performance in three subjects, and an LL.M. degree from the Harvard University School of Law. Formerly, he was an adjunct professor of law at the University of Baltimore School of Law and an instructor at the Boston University School of Law and the University of Maryland.
