Bill Maledon is recognized as one of the leading commercial litigation and trial attorneys in Arizona. He has extensive experience in both federal and state courts in a wide variety of cases, including antitrust and trade regulations cases, product liability cases, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith cases, class actions, securities cases, sports cases, and various other complex commercial cases. He also has extensive experience in handling appellate matters in both federal and state courts. His experience at both the trial and appellate levels has resulted in his appointment to numerous important committees (such as an Arizona Supreme Court Committee to revise jury trial procedures in Arizona) and his appointment on numerous occasions as a judge pro tem for the Arizona Court of Appeals.
