William J. Creelman is vice president - tax of Schering-Plough Corporation, a global science-based health care company with leading prescription, consumer and animal health products. Mr. Creelman is responsible for all domestic and international tax matters concerning the corporation.
Mr. Creelman joined Schering-Plough in December 2004 from Pfizer, where he was senior tax counsel. Prior to his position with Pfizer, he held positions of increasing responsibility with CIGNA Corporation, SmithKline Beecham Corporation (now GlaxoSmithKline), and Arthur Andersen & Company.
He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Saint Joseph’s College, Philadelphia, Pa.; a J.D. degree from Saint John’s University, Jamaica, N.Y.; and an L.L.M. degree in tax from Villanova University School of Law, Villanova, Pa.
Mr. Creelman is a member of the Tax Executives Institute, American Bar Association (tax section) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
