Mr. Wagner is a Managing Director of Dauk/Wagner Investments, LLC, a private investment firm founded in 1994 and involved primarily with early stage companies.Prior to that, Mr. Wagner was Managing Director and Co-Head of the Merger and Acquisition Group at Smith Barney Inc. from 1980 through 1993. Mr. Wagner holds an MBA from Wharton Graduate School of Business and a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania. |
