Bill joins the DynaBil management team with over 27 years of manufacturing and supply chain experience. His background includes success in the implementation of ERP systems, LEAN Manufacturing and dramatic product cost reduction. Bill joined DynaBil Industries in January 2008 from Plug Power, where he served as Director of Supply Chain in the fuel cell industry. During his tenure there, Bill led his team to reducing direct material costs by 15 percent in 12 months. Prior to joining Plug Power, Bill served as Vice President of Operations at Racemark International, a tier 1 automotive supplier, where he lead a three-plant operation to double-digit net profit on sales. Previously, Bill worked 19 years as the Materials Manager at Gardenway Manufacturing, a leading producer of outdoor power equipment. Bill is APICS certified and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose. |
