For the past ten years, William Shraga has been involved in the investment banking field, providing large and small companies, both public and private, with investment banking, capital investment, and other financial advisory services. He is currently an independent advisor to small businesses and independent film producers. Previously, Mr. Shraga was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Department of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., a leading global investment banking, securities trading, and brokerage firm. During his five years at Bear Stearns, Mr. Shraga specialized in capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions for companies in a wide range of industries, including media and technology, industrial and capital goods, real estate, and natural resources. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Shraga was an associate and analyst at Rodman & Renshaw, Inc., a boutique New York investment bank, where he focused on startup and small-cap companies, primarily working on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and acquisitions for biotechnology, consumer products/retail, and natural resources companies. Mr. Shraga received his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and his BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
