William J. Schmuhl Jr. (age 63) has been a director of our company and a member of the Compensation Committee of our Board since October 2005. He is currently a member of the teaching faculty in the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He also serves as President of Heywood Williams USA Inc. a manufacturer and distributor of products for the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle industries where he has served in this capacity since 1996. Mr. Schmuhl is also a director of Heywood Williams Group PLC a UK-based specialty distributor JSJ Corporation a manufacturer of automotive parts furniture and specialty products Rieth-Riley Construction Company a paving contractor and Thakar Aluminum Corporation a manufacturer of secondary aluminum billet for the aluminum extrusion market. He is an attorney and certified public accountant. |
