Bill Mahoney is a partner in the Global Leveraged Finance Group in Milbank's New York office.
Mr. Mahoney has been part of the Firm's banking and finance practices since he joined as an associate in 1978. From 1990-1994 he was the managing partner of the Firm's London office.
Mr. Mahoney's practice focuses on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financings. He has extensive experience in the financing of acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalization and going private transactions, including senior secured credit facilities, bridge loans, mezzanine debt and high yield debt. Mr. Mahoney has worked on financings in a wide range of industries, particularly media, telecoms, insurance, healthcare and energy. He was listed in the 2007 edition of Chambers USA.
Mr. Mahoney is a graduate of Colgate University, University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D.) and Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M./International Law). |
