William J. Lyons age 56, has been a director of CNX Gas Corporation since October 17, 2005. He is a long-time employee of CONSOL Energy, where he was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2005. He has been Chief Financial Officer since February 2001. He joined CONSOL Energy in 1976 as an accountant and served in various positions in the Controller's Department until his election as vice president and controller in 1995. Mr. Lyons holds a Master of Science degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Duquesne University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. Mr. Lyons is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Institute of Management Accountants. |
