William J. Leonard is the Chief Financial Officer of Oswald Companies. In this capacity, he oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the company including the responsibilities for treasury functions, strategic planning, legal, financial reporting and general corporate results.
Prior to joining JBO in 1997, Bill served as Chief Financial Officer of a heavy highway construction firm with 100 million in annual revenue. In this capacity, he was responsible for all internal administrative functions including financial, human resource, EEOC, safety, management information, risk management and bonding. He was also employed by Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1972 to 1982, as a senior manager he serviced clients in the financial services sector.
Education and Professional Affiliations
Bill graduated from The Ohio State University, with honors, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1972. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), member of the AICPA, OSCPA, and FEI. Bill is also a dedicated board member of St. Edwards High School. |
